THE Romblon State University (RSU) in Odiongan, Romblon sponsored the PadyaKalikasan on Sept. 18, 2022, according to RSU President Merian Catajay-Mani.
PadyaKalikasan is a unity ride conceptualized by the Commission on Higher Education (CHEd) Chairman J. Prospero De Vera 3rd where he bikes around localities of state universities and colleges (SUCs), visits and personally talks to beneficiaries of the RA 10931 – the government scholars – which he said he had the privilege of implementing under the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte.
