MMSU Lab student wins top prize in Korea essay contest

A GRADE 10 student of the Mariano Marcos State University-Laboratory High School (MMSU-LHS) in Batac City, Ilocos Norte bagged the top prize in an international essay writing contest conducted by a non-government organization in Seoul, South Korea.

John Lynyrd Ganitano was declared the grand winner of the Human Asia (HA)-organized 6th Human Rights Essay Competition which was anchored on the theme “Climate Crisis and Human Rights.” The prize came with one million Korean won equivalent to P41,000.
