THE University of Saint Louis in Tuguegarao City said it is activating its Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) in collaboration with Cagayan State University (CSU).
USL officials said students from the university’s criminology program convened for the initial ROTC orientation at the Bulwagang Teodulfo Domingo (New EMC) on October 2, 2022.
