THE Board of Regents (BOR) of the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) recently elected Dr. Reynaldo Ramos as its ninth president, according to RSU President Dr. Merian Catajay-Mani.
Ramos is former director of Romblon State University (RSU) International Linkages and External Affairs Office.
